		<description>Very true, I think the real tough thing is not so much having a good season but having a good two or three seasons which is what they really need to do to move up. I mean look at Barry Pinches, 2007/8 was strong for him, but this year wasn&#039;t so good and it hasn&#039;t really helped him.</description>

		<description>It is becoming more of a struggle for players like Doherty and McManus to get back to winning ways. They of course are not the same calibre they were two to three years ago but the strength in depth of the players coming through is awesome. It does seem that sometimes you need a bit of luck in order to get a run.

Most of the players featured in this section are over 30 years of age as well so it will be even more difficult for them to claw they way back up through the rankings.</description>
