Career Highlights: To officiate at the 2010 European championships in Bucharest in 2010 when Belgians Wendy Jans and Luca Brecel won titles, his TV début in the Lotto Arena in Antwerp officiating at the quarter final between Neil Robertson and Ronnie O’Sullivan.

Career Summary

Joery first began refereeing in 1997, passing his class 2 examination in April 2008 and going on to officiate at the European Amateur Championships in 2010.

Following the creation of the European Tour, Joery officiated at his first professional tournament in 2010, on home soil at the EPTC2 event.

Since then, he has continued to gain experience, officiating at ten PTC events, including two semi-finals (Antwerp 2012 and Sofia 2012) and four quarter finals (Antwerp 2011, Fürth 2012, Goucester 2012, Fürth 2013).

Away from the baize, Joery likes cycling and skiing, while he also used to play football for five seasons.
