Pro Challenge Series 2009/10: Event Three, Day Two Scores

Ricky Walden,  Judd Trump, Robert Milkins and Joe Jogia will go head to head tomorrow to become the winner of the third event of the 2009/10 Pro Challenge Series. Click below to see how they made it through to day three…

The highest ranked player remaining in the competition is Ricky Walden who put on a real show today as he defeated Jimmy Robertson, Jamie Cope and Liu Song at the loss of just three frames. Incredibly his 4-1 victory over Jamie saw a century made in every frame, 100, 105, 102×2 from Ricky and a 129 from Cope who must have been wondering what more he could have done!

Next up for him will be this week’s surprise package Joe Jogia who built on his impressive day one results with further victories over Michael White, Rod Lawler and Peter Lines. Good players that they are however, Ricky will be another step up entirely and it remains to be seen whether he can live with him in this form.

In the second semi-final, Judd Trump (who survived two centuries and a deciding frame finish against Sam Baird in the last 16), will come up against Robert Milkins who has continued his strong run of form with another run of wins. Notably he has also survived two final frame thrillers so it will be interesting to see who will come out on top…
