As you can see, of the professionals competing in the event, five have failed to qualify for the last 32 including Patrick Einsle, Igor Figueiredo, Thanawat Thirapongpaiboon, Liu Chuang and most notably, Ken Doherty.
The knock-out draw remains an interesting one however, the highlight of the last 32 being the clash between Jamie Cope and Mark Davis while looking ahead, Jimmy White and Mark Williams could meet at the last 16 stage should both make it through their opening matches.
