CLS 2012: Ding Takes Title To Book PL Place

Congratulations to Ding Junhui who has tonight completed an excellent week’s worth at the Championship League by defeat Judd Trump 3-1 to take the title. In doing so, Ding becomes the latest player to secure a place in next season’s Premier League tournament.

    Nice, but he should have been granted that already for the Welsh Open title. Would like to have seen WS deal with this issue if Ding hadn’t qualified in another way.
