Brendan will be on the main tour next season by virtue of topping the 2008/9 Irish rankings, as confirmed over at the RIBSA website here. Coming into the National Championship at the top of the list, his only challenger was Mario Fernandez but his 5-4 defeat to TJ Dowling in the quarter-finals coupled with Brendan’s win over John Torpey means that he now cannot be overtaken.
