The 2009 World Championship semi-finalist joins players such as Jimmy White, Barry Hawkins, Tony Drago, Mark Davis and Dominic Dale and will now be managed by Paul Mount.
Allen commented “I am very much looking forward to the opportunity to work with Paul and his team at On Q Promotions.
“Their professional approach to both managing their clients and to the game has impressed me in the past and I am looking forward to being part of that in the future.
