Ok so it may be nine months away yet, but as has been proven with the sale of tickets for the tournament already, it is not too early to be thinking about the 2013 World Championship at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield.
It is in fact just the time of year to be thinking about hotel accommodation for the 17-day marathon and thanks to @kellietext I have been alerted to the fact that rooms are currently available at the Sheffield Central Travelodge for the bargain price of £19.00 per night, even the weekend nights which are usually subject to a price hike.
Within ten minutes walk of the venue, I find it hard to imagine that anyone will be able to find anything cheaper than that and therefore I would advise anybody interested to book early because prices like that will never last!
