Days on from Ding Junhui’s latest ranking event victory at the International Championship in Chengdu, the snooker circuit moves on to Gloucester, for the sixth event of the 2013/14 European Tour.
Though Ding will not be entering the event, there nevertheless remains an oustanding line-up, with the likes of Ronnie O’Sullivan, Neil Robertson, Judd Trump John Higgins and Mark Selby involved, amongst others.
The amateur rounds are underway right now on Thursday evening, while the professionals enter the fray on Friday morning. I am pleased to say that I will be there, blogging and tweeting as ever from the South West Snooker Academy and generally making a nuisance of myself.
