Perry Tops Selby For AT1 Crown

Congratulations to world number 24 Joe Perry, who has today defeated Mark Selby 4-1 to claim the AT1 event in Yixing China ahead of next week’s Wuxi Classic. His first professional title since the 2008 Championship League, the win sees Joe take the top prize of £10,000, as well as all but assuring him of a place in the PTC Grand Finals tournament later in the season…

After a seven-year absence from the Crucible following his relegation from the top 16 in 2006, Scotland’s Alan McManus made it back to snooker’s biggest stage last weekend with a 10-5 victory over Tom Ford at the final qualifying round.

World Snooker Rankings 2012/13: Seedings Revision Two Round-Up

Victory for Judd Trump at yesterday’s International Championship not only confirmed that he will replace Mark Selby at the head of the world rankings today, but also marked the second mid-season seedings revision, determining the draws for the German Masters, UK Championship, Masters and Shoot Out tournaments.
